Introducing your New Executive Director

Cindy comes to the Commission from Epworth UMC in Columbus, Georgia. Previously she served as the Macon District Superintendent. While serving as DS, Cindy was instrumental in establishing the Wesley Foundation in Macon which works with students from several local colleges. Cindy is a graduate of the University of Georgia, and Candler School of Theology. She resides in Columbus with her husband Randy.

Lesley Baskette has been with the Georgia United Methodist Commission on Higher Education and Campus Ministry since 1995 serving as thes Administrative Assistant and Treasurer of the Commission. She comes from a background in insurance, employee benefits, accounting, and youth work.

Lesley is a member of the West Georgia Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors. She also serves on the board of the Wild Turkey Federation, Douglas Spurs Unit with her husband Don as Treasurer. Lesley and her husband, Don, live in Carrollton, Georgia and have five children, nine grandchildren and a dog, Roxy
